When you and your home are ready for sale Cameron prepares the MLS® Listing documents with you; called the Listing Agreement and the Residential/Condominium Property Information Form, these detail the terms of your listing with the brokerage and the features of your property. Once signed, MLS®Listing documents become the agreement authorizing Cameron to market your property and provides the important details to be distributed to all other REALTORS® and to the public through MLS®system. A REMAX sign is placed on your lawn and buyers are thus informed that Cameron is ready to assist them in the purchase of your home. The home will also be advertised on Cameron's website, the Canadian Real Estate Association website (www.realtors.ca) and such locations as Cameron Nolan determines will aid in the marketing of your home.
Cameron also explains the "Offer" documents at the earliest opportunity, so that when an actual offer is submitted you are familiar with the terms of any offer and can concentrate your attention on the critical terms of price, completion date, deposit amount ahead of time so that when we have an offer for your home you will already be familiar with the forms. When a written offer is made known, Cameron contacts you to arrange a suitable time for you to receive a personal presentation of the offer and receive his advice on how to respond. Responding may include acceptance, counter offer or taking no action.
