Ancaster is a mature rural community, picturesque, historic, vibrant and sophisticated. Agricultural and commercial roots are deep, and the town, now part of the larger City of Hamilton maintains its down home common sense features.
From the celebration of Heritage Days, the Ancaster Fair (and its 2009 revitalized fair grounds) as the local social agricultural event has operated since 1850, to being host of the Canadian Open Golf Championship, and home to Little League T-Ball Championships, this is a community of active and interesting people.
Rich with heritage homes and appeal, the downtown planning requires new buildings to have an historic looking facade to maintain the look and feel of this historic community. Established in 1792, Ancaster was initially known for its many mills found along many of its waterfalls and creeks. Today it is a bustling town, with a mix of new and old development.
It is a pleasure for Cameron to work with clients, buyers or sellers, in providing real estate services in Ancaster because of the wonderful amenities, services and comforts the town offers.
